Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing does not include weekends or holidays.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at richmindstudiosco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has already been processed or shipped.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Order confirmation emails are sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your inbox, spam, or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name and order details.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, when tracking is available. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after it has been provided by the carrier.
My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
Please check with neighbors, household members, your mailbox, front desk, local post office, or shipping carrier first. If you still need help, contact us at richmindstudiosco@gmail.com.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging.
Can I return opened skincare, oils, razors, or beauty products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested personal care items, skincare products, oils, razors, razor blades, and beauty products cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at richmindstudiosco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Product Questions
Are SilkySmooth products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are designed to be gentle for most skin types, but everyone’s skin is different. We recommend patch testing before full use and discontinuing if irritation occurs.
Does the Cyperus oil permanently remove hair?
No. Our Cyperus oil is not a permanent hair removal product. It is made to support a smoother post-shave routine and help skin feel soft, hydrated, and cared for.
Can I use the roller oil after shaving or waxing?
Yes. Apply it to clean, dry skin after hair removal. Do not apply to broken, cut, or highly irritated skin.
Are the self-tanning drops sunscreen?
No. Self-tanning drops do not contain SPF and do not protect against sunburn. Always use sunscreen when exposing skin to the sun.
