Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after it has been provided by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

SilkySmooth is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at richmindstudiosco@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

SilkySmooth is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier first.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges depending on your country’s regulations.
